Working principle of refrigeration system
The refrigerated truck achieves temperature control through a mechanical compression refrigeration cycle, and a typical system includes four core components: compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve (Figure 1). The working medium (such as R404A refrigerant) undergoes four phase transition processes of compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation in the closed pipeline, and continues to absorb heat in the chamber.
Car structure design
Polyurethane foam (PUR) sandwich board is used as the main insulation material, its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.022W/(m·K), and the thermal insulation performance is 35% higher than that of polystyrene (EPS). The sandwich structure can achieve a closed cell ratio of more than 98% through vacuum adsorption forming process, and effectively block the heat conduction path. German Kogel and other companies have developed nanoaerogel composite sheets, which increase the thermal resistance value by 20% at the same thickness.
