Product Description

Dump trucks are composed of three core components: the chassis, hydraulic system, and cargo box. The chassis features a reinforced frame equipped with a high-torque engine (100-600 horsepower) and a multi-speed transmission (12-16 gears). The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 16-22 MPa, with a lifting capacity of 20-50 tons and a lifting time of ≤25 seconds.

The cargo box has a volume of 8-40 cubic meters and is made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel plate (4-8 mm thick), with the bottom designed in a V-shaped or U-shaped structure. Side-tipping dump trucks can discharge cargo from both the left and right sides, while rear-tipping dump trucks have a lifting angle of 50-60 degrees. Some models are equipped with an automatic tarp system to achieve fully enclosed transportation throughout the journey.
