Intelligent monitoring system
The remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things can track the temperature of the whole process, and the Smart Reefer system of Thermo King in the United States can monitor 12 temperature monitoring points in real time, and the data refresh frequency is 1 time per minute. The application of blockchain technology makes temperature data immutable, greatly improving the credibility of the cold chain process.
Food cold chain field
According to the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing data, in 2022, China's food cold chain transport volume reached 320 million tons, and the number of refrigerated vehicles exceeded 340,000.
