Core structure and working principle
The compressed garbage truck consists of five parts: chassis, compression mechanism, hydraulic system, control system and sealed compartment.
Compression mechanism : adopts crank connecting rod or hydraulic piston structure to provide 100-300kN compression force to ensure tight accumulation of garbage
Hydraulic system : consists of hydraulic pump, cylinder and multi-way valve, driving compression, lifting and unloading action, need to have high reliability and energy saving characteristics.
Sealed compartment : corrosion-resistant steel plate and rubber seal to prevent sewage leakage and odor escape
Working principle : the garbage enters the compression chamber through the feeding port, and the hydraulic system drives the compression plate to squeeze the garbage in multiple stages. The compressed garbage is pushed to the rear of the carriage for storage, and then transported to the treatment station when fully loaded and unloaded by the self-unloading system.
Garbage compression
The hydraulic system drives the compression device (such as push plate or scraper), compresses the garbage many times, and the compression ratio can reach 3:1, effectively reducing the volume of garbage.
Refuse transfer
The compressed refuse is pushed into the sealed case and secured by the hydraulic lifting system to ensure no leakage during transportation
Refuse discharge
After reaching the treatment point, the hydraulic system drives the pushing plate and lifting oil cylinder to discharge the refuse from the bottom or tail of the tank, while the leachate in the tank can be completely discharged

Our payment terms are simple: We require a T/T with a 30% deposit upfront. The remaining 70% balance must be settled before delivery.
